Today amixon® sets the trend in the development and construction of processing equipment for the processing industry. The construction of sterile equipment which fulfils high, even the highest, requirements in terms of hygiene is a key area. In this context there are innovative mixing devices and discharge processes for complete discharge available.
The product range includes powder mixers, paste mixers, vacuum dryers, reactors, cone mixers, single-shaft mixers, twin-shaft mixers, vacuum mixers and container mixers. In recent years continual innovation has enabled amixon® to make marked improvements in productivity and the standard of hygiene of this processing equipment. Many detailed solutions are protected by patent.
Along with its product range and client base, amixon® has continued to grow. Around 90 staff are currently employed in Paderborn. Their aim is to develop and create modern solutions for individual, technical tasks and processes required by customers. amixon®has sector-specific, processing know-how to place at the disposal of its customers. A partnership built on mutual trust is the kind of relationship that brings the best results. Our experience shows that developing processes together offers our customers both the qualities that will help them become independent and the potential for growth. Heute ist amixon® Trendsetter bei der Entwicklung und Fertigung von Prozessapparaten für die aufbereitende Industrie. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt dabei im Bau von Sterilapparaten, die hohe und höchste Hygiene-Anforderungen erfüllen. In diesem Zusammenhang gibt es neuartige Mischwerke und Austragsverfahren für die Restlosentleerung.
Zum Fabrikationsprogramm gehören Pulvermischer, Pastenmischer, Vakuumtrockner, Reaktoren, Konusmischer, Einwellenmischer, Doppelwellenmischer, Vakuummischer und Containermischer. Durch kontinuierliche Innovation hat amixon® die Produktivität und den Hygiene-Standard dieser Prozessapparate in den vergangenen Jahren deutlich verbessert. Viele Detaillösungen sind patentrechtlich geschützt.
