Fondata da Agostino Bonetti oltre 30 anni fa, si occupa di termoformatura materie plastiche; grazie alle tecnologie utilizzate realizza soluzioni per l’imballo, l’esposizione e la movimentazione di particolari di ogni genere. I servizi offerti possono soddisfare le esigenze di molte categorie merceologiche quali l’elettronica, la cosmetica, il settore automobilistico, la meccanica , il settore alimentare e quello farmaceutico.
Nella sede di Gornate Olona, in provincia di Varese, costruita una decina di anni fa su una superficie di 4000 metri quadrati si effettuano lavorazioni con moderni impianti da lastra e da bobina con alti livelli di precisione per un\'area di formatura utile di 1500x800 millimetri per le lastre e di 800x600 millimetri per le lavorazioni in automatico da bobina.
Abon Plastic è in grado di soddisfare le esigenze del cliente dallo studio preliminare dei termoformati, alla progettazione, fino alla realizzazione dello stampo tramite il proprio ufficio tecnico e l\'officina meccanica presenti all\'interno dello stabilimento.
Dopo la fase di realizzazione dello stampo e del prodotto finito offre un servizio di confezionamento ed imballo dei particolari sia a caldo che in alta frequenza in modo da poter far fronte a ogni esigenza del Cliente.
Founded by Agostino Bonetti more than 30 years ago, they carry out thermoforming for plastic materials; thanks to the employed technologies, it creates solutions for packing, exhibition and handling of any kind of parts. The services offered can satisfy the requirements of many marketing categories, such as electronics, cosmetics, the automotive sector, mechanics, the food and pharmaceutical sector.
In its premises of Gornate Olona, in the province of Varese, built about ten years ago on a surface of 4000 square meters, productions are carried out with modern systems from plates and reels, having high levels of precision, for an available forming area of 1500x800 millimetres for the plates and of 800x600 millimetres for automatic productions from reels.
Abon Plastic is able to satisfy the customers’ requirements, from the preliminary research of thermoformed products, to the design, until the carrying out of the mold through its technical office and the machine shop inside the factory.
After the phase of creation of the mold and of the finished product it offers a service of wrapping and packing of parts, both hot and at high frequency, in order to meet any Customers’ requirements.
