Automatisierter Maschinenbau mit System, kurz AMS entstand im Jahre 1994.
Zwei der Firmengründer waren in der Maschinenbaubranche tätig und vermehrt im Ausland auf die Notwendigkeit einer ganz bestimmten Maschinentype aufmerksam gemacht worden.
Die Bügelflasche stand am Beginn der Renaissance und es gab keinerlei Maschinenpark, der für die damalige Zeit leistungsorientiert verschließen konnte.
Im Jahr 1995 wurde ein Patent für eine Bügelverschließmaschine eingereicht, die weltweit einzigartig in ihrem Aufbau ist und durch die einfache, kompakte Bauweise besticht.
1996 konnten die ersten Bügelverschließer nach Frankreich und Deutschland verkauft werden. In den darauf folgenden Jahren konnte die Produktivität verdoppelt und der Umsatz erhöht werden. Zu fast 100% wurden die produzierten Anlagen und Maschinen exportiert.
Langjährige und erfahrene Mitarbeiter engagieren sich um die Konstruktion, Produktion und Wartung der AMS- Maschinen und stellen ihre Kompetenz, Wissen und Können voll und ganz in den Dienst unserer Kunden.

Two of the founder members were employed in the mechanical engineering industry and became increasingly aware of the requirement for special types of machines abroad.
The swing stopper bottle existed at the beginning of the renaissance period. At the time there was no machinery available that was powerful enough to seal them.
In 1995, a patent was presented for a swing stopper sealing machine, which was unique in its design and impressed with its simple, compact construction.
In 1996, the first swing stopper sealers could be sold in France and Germany. In the following years, productivity doubled and sales increased. Nearly 100% of the plants and machines produced were exported.
Long-serving employees and experienced staff are involved in the construction, production and servicing of the AMS machines. Their competence, knowledge and ability is available to our customers.
