ALITECH starts operating after the spin of the MCS group, a company operating in the market of automatic bread plants since 1974, of which ALITECH has acquired some assets and the technical legacy. As of today ALITECH can count on importand accomplishments and several references with internationally known customers. In its Rovereto plant (North Italy, near Verona) which includes a fully equipped machines shop and a office building that hosts the technical staff, administration and directors offices, ALITECH designs and manufactures automatic baking lines, proofers and ovens. Customers are food companies and big industrial bakers. Our offer in the bread business includes industrail baking and proofing equipment specially tailored to the customer, with hourty outputs often exceeding the 2 tons. Besides that ALITECH also builds and designs cross lamination or pressing heads lines for the production of pizza and Arabic bread. The company mission can be defined as follows:
To build and design equipment that can produce artisan quality bread in big volume with consistency and repeatibility, minimizing production scraps and with an efficient energy comsumption.
