From CAD design to production tooling – we can supply all your requirements in-house. We work closely with you to gain a clear understanding of your packaging requirements, to agree the designs and to chose the most suitable materials. Top priorities are efficient downstream processes, optimal presentation for your products and protection during transport. Our application engineering team is there with expert support throughout the development process.
We produce the tooling for pre-production sampling in-house. These samples are essential for the optical and technical assessment of your packaging, eg, for filling and transport trials. Ironing out any flaws at this stage ensures that we go into mass production with tooling that is absolutely fit for purpose. We process polystyrene and polypropylene to single and multilayer films on our own extrusion lines. Application-specific formulations ensure precisely defined properties – such as density, breaking strength and stretchability. By keeping control of the process, we can be sure that any special requirements, eg, colour or technical or food safety specifications are fully met. Using cutting edge machines and tooling allows us to take advantage of the continuous improvements in thermoplastics formulations. The result is higher output combined with far higher precision in the finished packaging product. We operate large-scale compressed air and vacuum forming machines capable of processing many different types of plastic. Decisions on the best production method for your packaging will take into account the volume of the production run and the packaging specifications. We believe that keeping to deadlines is the very basis of good customer relations. Whether they are to be delivered ‘just in time’ or on a prearranged date or as an express delivery in an emergency – we deliver punctually and reliably. Your thermoformed packaging will arrive where you want it, when you want it. Our company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 since 1996. In our production facilities, production waste is recycled, virtually eliminating this type of waste resources.
