Capsol boasts a story that dates from 1960, offering their customers a 50 years experience in the injection field.
Capsol's evolution has followed a constant increasing rate during the years, in terms of sales, investments and technological innovation. Today Capsol, well positioned in the worldwide market , meets the needs of first rate national and multinational companies for cosmetical, personal care, household and food/beverage industries.
By moving to the new location in Bulciago (LC) Capsol has become even more performing thanks to investments on various levels, but also as far as environmental care is concerned, thanks to new low environmental impact tooling and a brand new industrial organization, to be able to offer their customers caps that are always top aesthetic and quality.
The fleet of machines is composed by presses between 90 and 400 tons, both mono and bi- injection. Capsol is able to produce more than 800 million caps per year and is a preferred partner for both biggest multinationals and best private labels. Capsol's production is composed by more than 220 standard articles, among caps for aerosol cans (double shell, gorge, spray caps...), caps for glass bottles, flip tops, caps for the food industry. In addition to those standard items the company offers a wide range of customized items developed in cooperation with their customers according to their requirements.
The Quality System has always been a strength point for Capsol, where they have invested a lot both in human and technological resources with focus on the main goal : customers' satisfaction. The company is certified ISO 9001:2008.
Capsol respects many internal procedures, but also precise directions given by the customers in their specifications, to be able to provide them with the best quality.
