Our machines and devices are constructed for durability, modularity and flexibility We garantee the availabilty of spare parts for at least 10 years but we still have spare parts for machines built in 1962, too...
That's what we have in common with legendary cars!
We classify our machine according to the kind of vessels to be filled on the one hand and the scope of functiones on the other hand. Thus we manufacture filling machines for tubes, for jars, bottles and vessels for cosmetic products like lipgloss, vials for nail varnish and vessels for mascara. For laboratories and pilot plant stations as well as for small series productions we provide our manual filling and closing machines - up to a complete filling line on a work bench.
And for special projects we produce "project lines" - production lines for the whole packaging process according to special wishes and imaginations of our customers..
Tube Filing Machines - Made in Germany
Our tube filling machines are already equipped with servo driven filling units from our TU 55 (up to 60 tube p..) on. The dosing volumes can be adjusted via Touch screen. The round table is also adjustable. I.e. you need not to adjust the altitude of the filling unit. Instead of that you adjust the round table according to the length of the tubes via a simple tool affixed on the machine. And thus you needn't adjust the sealing unit, too.
All of our control cabinets are made of stainless steel AISI 304L From our fully automated TU 55 on you principally receive our tube filling magazine which enables a really fast and simple loading of tubes! Of course we offer servo driven lifting of the tubes beneath the filling unit, too.
And our control system is already equipped with ELAU control and storable 99 programs from our TU 55 on.
What is true for our smallest fully automated TU 55 is of course at least valid for our larger tube filling systems,too.

Our AL 60 EWS is our latest built "allrounder". The machine is able to fill tubes (plastic or metall) AND bottles, and it seals weld-shuts tubes and puts caps on bottles .
On the basis of a TU 80 it is able to fill the same filling product range. The filling performance is like the performance of our TU 40.
Additionally the machine is equipped with an input handling device for bottles as well as a torquing station. Jars and bottles are inserted via a conveyor. The output is performed via another conveyor.
