Kalmeijer is a Dutch company that produces bakerymachines since 1920. Our main and very succesfull export article is the biscuit machine KGM, which we sell throughout the world. We have dealers in several countries, or we can deliver our machines directly to you. The machines are very easy to use, operate and maintain.
With every machine, we deliver a detailed instruction book in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian and of course in Dutch, which shows the user very clearly how to work with the machine and how to prepare the dough. We also have a booklet with example recipes and a demonstration video. Of course you can contact us for many more ideas for recipes.
Using the biscuitmachine KGM you can make biscuits and cookies with your own recipes, the only restriction is that the dough must contain certain ratio's of flour, sugar and butter/margarine.
Using the machine you are about 10 times quicker than when the biscuits are made by hand (using a sheeting machine, then cutting the dough pieces and place them on the baking trays by hand). See pages biscuits 1 and 2 for more information on the Kalmeijer biscuitmachine type KGM.
