In cooperation with our "system partners" we also supply the supplemental equipment for filling and closing technology as follows:
Scales and dosing for gross and net weighers. Dosing and weighing solutions for all powdery, floury, granular and lumpy products.
Sampler - mounted in the product feeding/dosing equipment for quality assurance (QA).
Metal detectors - integrated in the product feeding or used on the filled packaging for recognition of metallic contaminations.
Labelling systems - automatic labelling of the single empty packaging according to the individual desires of our customers, as ink-jet-system, label printing, dispenser system with bar code. Automatic labelling of the filled single packagings.
Check weigher - filled packagings are controlled on target weight, all weights are recorded and packagings with shortage in weight are eliminated (optional solutions)
Palletising - Automated transport systems for filled single sacks. (transportation, storage etc.)
Fully automatic palletising system as layer palletisation or robot gripper system according to output and packaging.
