High quality printing and short turnaround
To guarantee optimum printing quality, Otor has chosen flexographic preprinting based on its Flexotor® concept.
The process consists in printing the liner before gluing it to the fluting rather than printing the board after the product is finished, since paper provides a better printing surface.
By using this industrial process, lightweight recycled paper can be printed with excellent rendering and exceptional precision, not only for line and screen drawings, but also for photos and bar codes. Flexotor® 1 to 8 colour printing can therefore replace offset printing with comparable results.
Each board mill has exactly the same printing facility, organised in exactly the same way, which means that exactly the same printing can be produced on any site with the same high quality results.

Les papeteries fournissent aux cartonneries des bobines de papier recyclé, matière première pour la fabrication du carton ondulé. Les cartonneries fournissent aux clients équipés de machines Otor Systems, les découpes de carton ondulé. Les formeuses, intégrées aux lignes de conditionnement, mettent en forme les emballages.
Ces différents métiers et savoir-faire qui composent le Groupe Otor, permettent la maîtrise complète de l’ensemble des produits dans leur environnement technologique et économique.
L’intégration apporte une expertise à tous les niveaux du procédé de fabrication et une réactivité qui permet d’anticiper au mieux les besoins du marché.
