The Model 1000 range of volumetric depositors and filling machines continues to be the main stay of Riggs Autopack's business. Our extensive range of standard or bespoke, semi or fully automatic, single or multi-head depositors, can be installed as stand alone units or easily incorporated into existing food production lines.
Our depositing/filling machines are one of the most accurate and reliable on the market with a build quality second to none. A huge variety of hot or cold food and liquid products can be accurately filled or deposited into most types and size of container including glass jars and bottles, plastic pots, tubs and buckets, ready meal and baking trays, foils, cartons and sachets, sacks, doy packs and bags. Our machines provide a single deposit range of 3ml - 5000ml, and can also easily deposit food items directly onto other food products in situ.
To complement our range of depositors, indexing conveyors and transfer pumps, we manufacture and supply a diverse range of ancillary food production equipment. These include purpose-designed depositing nozzles and decorating heads to enhance the appearance of the final product such as mashed potato, ready meals, cakes and desserts for example, automatic capping machines for jars and bottles, slat band conveyors, rotary tables, lid press machines, product hoppers and pie crimping machines.
We design and manufacture our equipment in-house at our Lancashire factory and take great pride in supplying a wide cross-section of food manufacturers throughout the UK and overseas.
