Customer data management:
This is the beginning of the journey for your print data. The information is checked by experienced specialists as soon as it is received, whether it is sent by CD, DVD, FTP or ISDN. Should we have any queries or problems with the data we will contact you in person to work out a solution. Additional services, such as the production of colour proofs in line with FOGRA standards, layout and typesetting work are also part of our service. We have the latest computer technology and the most recent updates of all standard DTP programmes so we are able to process your data without conversion problems. Your data will be checked and proofed securely and reliably.

Once your data has been checked, it will be prepared for exposure using an ultra-modern AGFA-ApogeeX-Workflow-System. We can provide you with form plots or raster data PDFs as you wish, which you can then approve. In this way, you are able to see the results that will appear on the printout. The data will then be transferred to the printing plate using modern CTP equipment to the scale of 8. Because there is a direct link to the printers, it is possible to prepare all the relevant colour data needed to preset the printer, and this reduces the required set-up time.
The printing:
XXL (15881 Byte)Our printing plant has one of the most modern sheet printing workflows. The keyword JDF is consistently implemented: a digital preliminary stage, optimum pre-setting of the machines and standardised processes ensure a fast, reproducible production flow. However, there is always enough flexibility to be able to respond to individual client requests. With our three sheet-fed offset presses, version MAN-Roland R705, R905-7b and R905-8, we are able to handle the uninterrupted processing of all formats from 430 x 480 mm to 1300 x 1850 mm, and also up to 1200 x 1620 in combination with inline dispersion finish.
Processing:
WV (15379 Byte)The processing of paper or card with elaborate special finishes requires precision and experience. We provide the following processing possibilities:

Intelligent logistics are the key to success: the postage and packaging of boxes within Germany or throughout Europe is naturally part of our service. The packaging is carried out according to customer wishes, and is fast and on schedule even in the case of larger consignments. In this way, several smaller service modules have been combined to create a product with a strong sales performance.
