The mother company of the Verpa GmbH is located in the wonderful area of Coburg - Germany. Here in the centre of Europe any distances are short. The new motorway A73 is the way to Thüringen and thus in the east of Europe. Even concerning the toll in Europe it is an ideal location.
The KWW, one of the three production plants of the Verpa is only few metres away.
With eight extruders we are producing about 9,000 tons of film annually.
Seven manufacturing machines are producing bags, sacs, R-hoods, and many more out of the flat-film.
The ALL-Plastic in Gunzenhausen is one of our biggest plants.
About 120 employees are working at more than 17 extruders and 25 manufacturing machines. The ALL-Plastic is also one of the few locations in Germany where some products are manufactured by hand.
In this plant you can produce anything you can make out of film.
Our women with their deft hands are welding hoods and many more in any desired size.
Our printing department has three printing machines. We can print up to eight colours with a report of up to 1,200 mm. The ALL-Plastic is also our logistic centre. From here any long distance traffic is navigated. With all eight of our own 40-ton-trucks our products are shipped safely and cheaply to your company.
Die ALL-Plastic in Gunzenhausen ist eines unserer größten Werke. Ca. 130 Mitarbeiter arbeiten hier an Extrudern und Konfektionsmaschinen. Die ALL-Plastic ist auch einer der wenigen Standorte in Deutschland, die noch eine Handkonfektion betreiben. In diesem Werk, können Sie alles was sich aus Folie machen läßt produzieren. Unsere Damen mit ihren flinken Händen schweißen ihnen Hauben und vieles mehr in allen erdenklichen Größen. Unsere Druckerei verfügt über drei Druckmaschinen. Es können bis zu acht Farben mit einem Rapport von bis zu 1.100 mm gedruckt werden. ALL-Plastic ist auch Sitz unserer Logistik. Von hier wird sämtlicher Fernverkehr gesteuert. Mit eigenen 40-Tonnern werden unsere Produkte sicher und kostengünstig zu ihnen befördert.
