* The company was founded in 1959. As CRYSTAL S.A. FREEZER AND COOLER INDUSTRY is present from 1992 oriented towards designing and manufacturing commercial freezers and coolers.
* Today is one of the LEADING Greek companies also one of the most rapidly developed in Europe.
* It is located at the 28th Km of the National road Thessaloniki Kilkis on an 70.000 m2 privately owned area of which 11.600 m2 are covered space. More specificly the production site occupies 6.000 m2, the warehouses cover 4.700 m2, the offices and the show room 600 m2 and 300 m2 respectively.
* It employs 100 people, of which 80 are full time employees and 20 seasonal.
* It is a member of the Federation of Industries of Northern Greece (F.I.N.G.), the Exporter’s Association of Northern Greece (E.A.N.G.), the Chamber of Commerce of Kilkis, as well as the Hellenic Foreign Trade Board (H.F.T.B.
COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY
* CRYSTAL S.A. focuses its activities on the food and drinks industry and its annual production is as follows:
• 40% of its production is for the ice cream industry.
• 40% for the dairy and soft drink industry.
• 10% for the wine industry
• 10% for HO.RE.CA.
* Its sales are 75% within the Greek territory and 25% exports.On a local basis the company succeded to become the everyday business partners of the food and drinks industry not just in preserving, cooling and promoting their products but also in providing after sale and logistics services.
* Abroad it established a network of exclusive representatives in over 20 countries like: England, Algeria, Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria France, Germany, Georgia, Denmark, Irland, Spain, Israel, Italy, Cyprus, Belarus Holland, Ukrane, Romania, Russia, Serbia – Montenegro, F.Y.R.O.M., Slovakia, Sweeden.
