For more than 120 years the name “Fortuna“ has stood for technical know how and high manufacturing quality “made in Germany“. As one of the world’s oldest manufacturers of bakery machinery, we have gained unique expertise over the years. This expertise can be found in every piece of our products.
Our head office is in Bad Staffelstein in Bavaria. Here, the ideas for our products are born and here they are implemented. Already at an early stage we have specialized in the things we can do best: the manufacturing of machinery for the production of small pastries such as bread rolls, pretzels, “Berliner“ & Co.
Our customers and their individual needs are the focus of our work. We offer them customized machines and prduction lines which produce aromatic pastries of excellent quality. We place especially high value on gentle dough processing. As only by this, the finished products taste like handmade.
