Are you looking for gentle dough handling, exact dough weight and high capacity? GBT Olympia is the perfect solution for you. Its unique cam control with adjustable press power and weight dependent press stroke, enables this machine to divide dough of all kinds, even the doughs with high watercontent, spongedoughs as well as doughs with long resting periods. The divider works absolutely dough friendly and is very accurate in weight. The machine offers further features like:
