The Leeb company history extends over a period of more than three quarters of a century.
In 1928, the pioneering businessman Georg Leeb founded the company and at first mainly supplied the dairy industry with aluminum foil.
The company has been family-owned for three generations and presently employs
approximately 180 motivated and highly qualified workers. Each and every one of them is also responsible for the further development of our image as a first-class and highly efficient company and for strengthening the confidence of our customers in the quality of our products and services.
Therefore we promote our employees actions that ensure quality, security, environmental-friendliness and costconsciousness and continually provide them with training in these areas. We are one of the leading manufacturers of flexible packaging. We have set up our production consistently for processing aluminum foil, paper and plastic films, as well as combinations of these materials.
With eight decades of experience, Leeb stands for perfection, security and innovation. We are never satisfied with everyday standards.
We strive to be one step ahead in everything we do.
Our goal is to align all of our actions to handling customers‘ requests optimally, cooperatively and flexibly. The basic requirement for this unrestricted customer orientation is knowledge of what our customers want so that we can advise them accordingly and meet their needs.
When doing this, all areas of the company have to cooperate optimally. Therefore possibilities for continuous improvement of product quality, operational safety, environmental protection and hygiene using the best available technologies are implemented.
Speed, flexibility and professionalism can be best guaranteed if all process steps and technologies are available in-house. Graphic design, pre-press printing, pressure plate manufacturing, printing, lamination, assembly and finished packaging, that‘s the Leeb in-house concept.
